Why Us

·       We have more than 30 years of experience in the sleepwear and intimate apparel industry.

·       We found a niche in the industry with elegant pure cotton sleepwear and intimate apparel.

·       We have sold to major department stores and specialty stores worldwide.

·       As one of twelve American designers selected by the U. S. Commerce Department to represent America in the world largest intimate apparel show in Lyon, France, we confirmed with more than twenty (20) countries that there is a common denominator for all women.  They all desire elegant and sexy, yet comfortable cotton sleepwear and intimate apparel.

·       When we sold our merchandise to Nordstrom’s, Sacramento Nordstrom’s buyer explained that our merchandise sold out faster than any line she had ever purchased.  Our line sold out in less than a week which we replenished immediately.

 

Our journey has been shaped by listening—attentively—to the voices and needs of women around the globe. Through careful observation and ongoing dialogue with customers, we quickly recognized that comfort should never come at the expense of allure or quality. This philosophy guided every decision, from the first sketches in our studio to the final presentation on the world stage.

 

We committed ourselves to continuous refinement, blending classic elegance with subtle innovations. That meant exploring new silhouettes, experimenting with gentle finishes, and ensuring every design honored both the tradition of fine craftsmanship and the ever-evolving rhythms of modern life. With each collection, we strove to embody a balance: garments that feel as wonderful as they look, at home in every culture and every closet.

How We Work!

·       Since all our designs are completed in-house, we were able to work with the buyers of each store designing the items they needed for their customers.

·       Not only did we design the silhouettes, but we also designed fabrics to meet the needs of buyers.

·       We did cut-to-order for each store to ensure the merchandise is delivered when the store needs it.

·       A lot has changed over the years, but it is our goal to build a strong relationship with each buyer to get the store what they need in building a successful business.

·       We work with buyers on creating those hard-to-find items for their store.  A story board is created of the silhouette, fabric, pricing and the turn-round time to ensure we are on the same page.

·       There is a minimum order for special creations and private labels.

Our collaborative approach allowed us to respond to market trends with speed and precision, customizing offerings to reflect the latest preferences and fabric innovations. By maintaining open communication with buyers and listening closely to their feedback, we ensured our collections remained relevant and desirable season after season. This dedication to responsiveness not only fostered trust but also encouraged creative partnerships, resulting in exclusive designs and one-of-a-kind assortments tailored to each store’s clientele.

As our reputation grew, so did our capacity to scale production while maintaining the boutique's attention to detail that defined our early days. We have embraced new technologies and streamlined processes, ensuring efficiency without sacrificing the artisanal touch that makes our products stand out.

 

Terms

·       We will work directly with each store so that we can ensure the store has the best customer experience ever.

·       All our designs and samples are completed in our facility in the United States.  Some small orders will also be produced in the United States.  We are currently setting up productions for larger orders in the Dominican Republic.

·       All orders are FOB UB International’s US location. The stores are responsible for shipping cost from our location in the United States unless other arrangements are made.

·       A signed purchase order is required from the buyer of each store for all orders placed.  There are no verbal orders.

·       The minimum order is $1,000 US dollars.

·       Terms are Net-30 only on approval.

·       All major credit cards are also accepted.

·       A product line sheet is provided on each collection with all items in each collection along with the sizes, colors, and prices.

      Our flexibility in production allows us to maintain quality control and agile responsiveness, adapting swiftly to the unique demands of each partnership. Whether orchestrating small-batch runs domestically or overseeing larger-scale operations abroad, our priority remains the satisfaction and success of those we serve. Who Are We

Our merchandise has been sold in specialty boutiques and better department stores such as Nordstrom’s, Bloomingdale’s, Dayton-Hudson, Marshall Field’s, Fred Segal’s, JC Penney, Frederick’s of Hollywood and more than 500 specialty boutiques and many more. Our collections have also sold internationally in the Lane Crawford department stores in Hong Kong and Singapore also in other countries such as Japan, Germany, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Iceland and more. We were one of twelve American designers chosen by the U. S. Commerce Department to represent the United States in the world’s largest intimate apparel show in Lyon, France.
